Steamed Tamaryokucha Saika
Steamed tamaryokucha is a curled leaf tea.
It is made out of skipping the rolling system (Seiju) that is molding tea leaves like a wire.
It has mellow bitterness, mildness and tastes pleasant. It is produced in only the Kyushu and Izu area.
Saika” is made with “Sae Midori” that has rich sweetness and less astringency, and rich taste “Okumidori”.
They are grown in the shade.
